For all non-customized rings, if it doesn't fit, they'll be happy to exchange it for the right size any time within 60 days from the time your ring was shipped. All size exchanges after 60 days include a $35 fee. If you're not completely satisfied with a purchase, they're happy to return it, no questions asked, any time within 60 days.

For all customized and Guest Designer rings, they'll be happy to exchange within 15 days of delivery for any problems caused due to manufacturing. Size exchanges can be made at anytime and will be charged a 10% fee of the original cost of the ring.
